Guests Can Now Add Special Requests During Booking
We’re excited to announce a new feature on the Booking Engine: a field to capture guests’ special requests is now available on the guest page.
This field allows guests to provide additional information or preferences during the booking process, helping properties offer a more personalised experience.
What’s new?
- 📝 Special requests field now visible on the guest page
- ⚙️ The field label is fully customisable via RMS 'Labels' and configured in Field Maintenance
- 👀 Guests can submit requests directly during booking, no extra steps required
