Credit Card Token

An issue was identified that when taking a payment via Credit Card Receipt on a child reservation without a guest profile.  The credit card details were not saved.


Now, if you take a payment on a child reservation with no guest, the token will save to the Master Reservation.

Channel Manager mapping

We have enhanced the mapping screen logic for channel connections in RMS 9+. This update improves performance, reduces unnecessary data storage, and provides a more reliable and user-friendly experience when managing room and rate mappings with OTAs (Online Travel Agents). 

New Connection Workflow

  1. Open the mapping screen for a new channel connection.
  2. Enter connection details and click “Connect to retrieve categories.”
  3. OTA room/rate options are displayed for mapping.
  4. Map products as needed and click Save.
  5. A popup will confirm that unmapped products will be removed.
  6. Only mapped products are saved and displayed.

Booking Chart

We have resolved an issue where users would see a warning message about not meeting the minimum night stay requirement when moving a reservation on the Booking Chart—even if the reservation already met the restriction. This only occurred when the "Exclude Reservation Times" option was enabled in the Booking Chart settings.

Exclusive tax amounts doubling when a Room Move is completed

When Split Reservations is enabled the Area change on the Reservation is accurately recorded for the Reservation Stay Dates in each Area. An issue was identified where the new split reservation was display an incorrect amount in the reservation screen caused by Exclusive taxes, but the correct amount when viewing the Total Rate screen or when creating the rate on the account screen.
