Introducing Out of Service!
| RMS can now set a room as Out of Service. Out of Service will still allow you to book the room in question however will not allow you to check it in. If a room is set to Out of Service, when allocating areas you will see a wrench icon behind the room number\name. A pop up message will appear on check in notifying your team to advise the customer of any works or issues. |
