Here’s a summary of the highlights:

• Daily Summaries for Area Allocation tool | Automatically allocate areas and area types over a selected date range, set priorities for certain areas/area types and view a daily summary of allocated and unallocated areas. Read more. 

• Automated Payment Schedules land in RMS PAY | Build a payment schedule to trigger automatic payment instalments using Pay By Link or Card Token, allowing guests to spread the costs of their accommodation. Read more. 

• New Payment Types available with RMS PAY | New optional payment types have been added including WeChat Pay, AliPay, China Union Pay, Discover and JCB. Talk to a team member to get them switched on. Read more. 

• Pay By Link Status Screen added to RMS PAY | New summary screen showing Pay By Links you’ve generated and their status (e.g. paid or outstanding). Read more. 

• Add Security Profiles in RMS PAY | Set up Security Profiles in RMS PAY to restrict access to the Chargebacks Dashboard, ensuring only authorised users make changes. Read more. 

• Bank Transfer available with IBE | A new payment type has been added to the RMS Internet Booking Engine allowing guests to pay by Bank Transfer. They’ll be marked as unconfirmed to allow for manual reconciliation. Read more. 
• Verifone connects to IBE | Verifone users will benefit from a streamlined connection with the RMS Internet Booking Engine, further enhancing the guest payment experience. Read More.

• Beyond Integration | This revenue management software designed for short-term rental properties is available now as an RMS integration. Read more. 

• ResDiary Integration | This restaurant booking system designed for growth at scale is available now as an RMS integration. Read more.
