Security for a new report named Gift Cards
We have added a new report to the Reports > Accounting menu named Gift Cards. This report can only be exported to CSV.
To Build the report you simply need to select a date range
Information this report will give you includes;
- Creation Date - When the Gift Card transaction has been originally posted
- Guest No - Where the initial Gift Card transaction has been posted
- Guest Name - Guest Name against whom the Gift Card has been posted originally
- Res No - Where the Gift Card transaction amount has been Redeemed
- Property - The Property where the Gift Card is being used at
- Transaction Description - Gift Card originally posted transaction description
- Transaction Comment - Gift Card originally posted transaction comment
- Credit Amount
- Redeemed Amount
- Date Redeemed
