This release adds Stripe Connect dispute handling, SMS verification tools for North American properties, and user license checks at login. It also includes fixes across payments, reservations, rates, housekeeping, and reporting.

Payments & Billing

Enhancement: RMS now receives dispute notifications from Stripe Connect and records each dispute. When a dispute is raised or its status changes, RMS posts a message to the Messaging Centre and emails the property's client contacts. Disputes can't be accepted or defended inside RMS yet, so properties respond in the Stripe Dashboard for now.

• Improved: A sundry can no longer be changed to a credit note while it is being used as a repeat charge.
• Fixed: The Xero Online send and the Financial Export no longer show an error when there is no data for the selected date.
• Fixed: Charge Transaction Import no longer fails when charges are imported against guest records.
• Fixed: Payments made through Pay by Link in RMS Pay now show in the RMS account as well as in Adyen.
• Fixed: The Pay by Link transaction fee and "greater than" percentage now display on screen.
• Fixed: RMS Pay pre-authorizations are now cancelled when a cancel request is sent.
• Fixed: The surcharge now matches the card used when the card type differs from the card selected.
• Fixed: Receipts for virtual card (VCN) transactions now show the card number returned by the payment gateway instead of the card number stored with the token.
• Fixed: Credit card payments for Windcave now record the card type, so the End of Day report no longer shows them as "Receipts" or under the wrong type.
• Fixed: An error no longer occurs when processing a cash account receipt through the Windcave credit card payment gateway.
• Fixed: Charging a credit card now checks the banking table for certain direct debit settings.
• Fixed: The Direct Debit Automated Payments Dashboard now shows the correct record count. Payments are no longer duplicated per reservation, and payments on deleted mandates now appear.
• Fixed: GoCardless mandate statuses in RMS now stay in step with GoCardless. When a mandate fails, is cancelled, or expires, the new status shows on the guest's Direct Debit tab. A mandate that no longer exists at GoCardless, or is in a final state, can now be deleted from RMS. This applies to new and existing mandates.
• Fixed: The Direct Debit bank file no longer shows an inflated balance.
• Fixed: In the BNZ Direct Debit file, field 10 now shows the company name instead of the guest name.
• Fixed: "Show area description" now displays correctly on the Create EFT file.
• Fixed: Travel Agent Commissions now list all reservations.
• Fixed: Invoices transferred to A/R now appear in Accounts Receivable.
• Fixed: Payment Schedule automated payments now process overnight as expected.
• Fixed: The second deposit balance trigger no longer skips when the deposit is still outstanding, and the reservation no longer shows the second deposit as paid.
• Fixed: A discount override now recalculates the deposit, so the deposit can no longer exceed the total rate.
• Fixed: Meter Processing now recalculates the charge when you update the read date after setting a read value. The error when processing a current meter read is also resolved.
• Fixed: The "keep unit price with concessional GST" setting is no longer lost when sundries are merged.
• Fixed: For tax-inclusive properties, category-level tax is no longer added to the room value.
• Fixed: Quick Account Access no longer allows receipts or sundry charges to be posted when "Allow Work on Account after Departure" is set to No.
• Fixed: POS Lite no longer shows a non-zero balance error caused by how amounts were calculated.
• Fixed: A new discount now displays in POS Lite without needing to be re-saved.
  
  

Distribution & Channel Management

• Improved: The RoomPriceGenie Genie Inside widget now identifies each property by client and property together. This lets RoomPriceGenie recognize properties that are already its customers, so they are not shown messages. Properties using RoomPriceGenie get this automatically.
• Improved: For properties using Amadeus CRS, the Integration Reservation Sync window now stays open after a successful send, so you can run another search and send without reopening it.
• Improved: The Connect to Retrieve Room Types button is no longer clickable when no room is selected under Map by Specific Room.
• Fixed: In Channel Management, tick boxes now update the first time you select them.
• Fixed: Photos now crop when you edit them under the Online options.
  
  

Guest Communications

• Enhancement: A new merge tag, PaymentSchedulePS_Table, adds a payment schedule table to guest correspondence. It lists every scheduled payment in date order, with the due date, the amount due on that date, the running total charged to date, and the payment method. The existing Payment Schedule merge tag is unchanged, so properties add the new tag to their letter templates to use it.
• Fixed: The Total Grand merge field no longer deducts a discount a second time when charges are posted to the account.
• Fixed: SMS job maintenance triggers now send for every job status change.
• Fixed: The ReviewPro Survey Results error is resolved.
  
  

Reservations & Bookings

• Improved: For Best Western-enabled properties, a group can no longer be cancelled while active pickup reservations are still attached. RMS shows how many are attached and lets you view them. Disassociate each active pickup from the group first, then cancel the group. Pickups that are cancelled, no show, or already departed don't block the cancel.
• Fixed: An inactive Booking Source no longer applies to a reservation when a Travel Agent is selected.
• Fixed: Opportunity Search now returns results when you search by Created Date = Today with US date formats.
• Fixed: Editing an Out of Order block so it overlaps existing bookings now shows a warning.
• Fixed: The reservation status now updates to Pre-Check In after a guest declines the dirty area prompt during Digital Check-In.
• Fixed: Add-Ons no longer duplicate on the Add-On Chart when a cancelled reservation with an Add-On is reinstated or unconfirmed after the Add-On is no longer available.
• Fixed: The Area Selection charge prompt and charge now populate when you select Save/Exit on a reservation and then fix it.
• Fixed: Quick Add Client To Room no longer errors on a Master Reservation.
• Fixed: Manually typing a Restricted Rate Type now shows a warning prompt before the reservation saves.
• Fixed: A reservation could be parked on the Booking Chart without a room assigned, leaving it impossible to recover on screen. This is resolved.
• Fixed: The No Show Fee prompt now appears, and the fee posts to the account, the first time you set a reservation to No Show.
• Fixed: Market Segment and other lookup dropdown fields now sort correctly, with entries starting with * at the top.
• Fixed: Tour Desk: the Extras total unit price no longer shows 0 under Seats & Costings.
• Fixed: Boomgate access numbers are now generated when you add a registration or access, and the Boomgate service area mapping error is resolved.
• Fixed: The "additionals" discount type no longer over-calculates when a booking is created through Quick Quote.
• Fixed: A discount no longer drops off a reservation the first time it is opened after login.
• Fixed: Using multiple discounts while a discount is applied on the Account screen no longer stops some discounts from showing.

• Improved: Cancellation Policies in the Control Panel now display without users having to scroll to see them.
• Fixed: A Derived Rate now derives from the correct Rate Table.
• Fixed: A Stop Sell created in Rate Manager now applies and creates a record in the Control Panel.
• Fixed: Overriding the BAR Rate Type in Rate Manager now displays in red to show it is overridden.
• Fixed: Property Rate Rule day-of-week availability is now honored when a reservation is created.
• Fixed: The Mandatory field on Cancellation Policies now updates when it is changed.
  
  

Compliance & Localization

• Enhancement: 2-Way SMS verification for North American properties now collects what carriers require. Clients in the USA, Canada, and Mexico see the verification window when they activate 2-Way SMS in Module Market. Clients elsewhere don't see it.
• Enhancement: On the guest profile, the SMS Opt Out label is now a link that opens the approved verbal consent script, with the property name filled in, for staff to read to the guest. It works when adding a guest and when editing an existing guest. The SMS Opt Out toggle and how it saves are unchanged.
  
  

Audit Trail & Compliance Records

• Fixed: Deleting a banking record now leaves a trace in the audit trail, and the Audit Trail tab for a banking record shows which account was deleted or removed.
  
  

User Management & Access

• Improved: User Environments is now the Early Access Menu under Setup > Users. The Beta, RC, and Live columns are replaced by a single Early Access column. The menu shows only when RMS  user's security profile allows it. Users with Early Access on sign in to the early access environment, and users with it off go to the live environment. When a new version goes live, Early Access closes for everyone and all users return to the live environment.
• Enhancement: RMS now checks active users against the property's licensed user count at login. When a property is at or over its licensed users, a warning appears that the user can click through to continue. Where user limit enforcement is switched on, logins over the limit are blocked and the message asks the user to contact RMS Sales or ask an existing user to log out. RMS staff and extra browser tabs from the same user don't count toward the limit.
  
  

Reporting & Dashboards

• Fixed: The Weather Widget now shows the correct temperatures.
• Fixed: Front Office in-house numbers on the Dashboard, and the in-house reservation count on mobile, now match the Inhouse Grid and the desktop view.

• Fixed: An online booking modification now updates Housekeeping tasks.
• Fixed: A room move from an interconnecting reservation to a non-interconnecting room now resets Housekeeping tasks as expected.
• Fixed: Out of Order auto releases now change the room status to Inspect.
• Fixed: The Housekeeping Roster with "Use Clean Status" now shows the correct task count and total minutes.
• Fixed: The Clean and Owner Occupied status badges in Housekeeping are now readable.
• Fixed: In the Staff Portal, housekeepers no longer see unassigned ad-hoc tasks for properties they are not associated with.
