This enhancement addresses the calculation of owner income for OTA (Online Travel Agent) commissions when using the "Owner Income (Trust)" sundry option. Previously, even when OTA commission sundries were marked as "Owner Income (Trust)", the owner was paid the room rate less the commission, which impacted management fee calculations and owner statements.
