We're kicking off the new year with enhanced features designed to improve your RMS experience. 

Features will be available in our live environment from 4th February in Australia and New Zealand, and rolling out to other regions through February and early March. International customers will be notified when live release items are available in their area.

Here’s a summary of the highlights: 

New Features 

• *NEW Dynamic Surcharging available with RMS Pay | Recover your transaction costs by applying Dynamic Surcharging to different card types. Read more. 
• *NEW Gift Card Report | Analyse the gift cards you’ve sold to see their remaining value and how much has been redeemed. Read more. 

Enhancements 

• Interactive Letters (Corporate Portal) | Send templated letters to your corporate accounts to streamline authorizations and corporate processes. Read more. 
• Bulk Updates for Scheduled Reports | Quickly update your scheduled reports adding new property or room types, security settings, frequency and more. Read more. 
• Restrict Rates to a Booking Window | Unlock more flexibility in promoting your rates through OTAs by restricting rates to a specific booking window. Read more. 
• Minimum Nights’ Stay | Optimise sales by adjusting minimum stay requirements dynamically, based on how far out the booking is. Read more. 
• Split Receipts on Group Master Accounts | Improve the way you process and manage large group bookings by allowing split receipts between group members. Read more. 
• Receipts for Pay By Links | Confirm guest payments with a receipt at the time of payment through Pay By Link with RMS Pay. Read more. 

• Multiple updates to Owner Accounting (Australia/New Zealand) | We've made multiple updates to Owner Accounting such as BPAY for Bendigo Bank and Macquarie Bank, EFT File Totals and new Tax ID number fields. 
• Direct Debits | Bank of New Zealand customers can now manage recurring transactions using direct debit. Automated direct debit payments are now available for UK customers through RMS Pay and BACS. 

Integrations 

• Verifone Integration | Process receipts and refunds in real-time with this upgrade to our integration with Verifone’s payment gateway. Read more.
