Master reservations guest name import
| We have improved our guest name import on master reservations! When you export the area list it will now show a line for each area\person, meaning that if area 01 has 2 adults and 2 children the export file will contain 4 rows. Email this file to the primary guest in control of booking the master reservation. They can complete the Surname, Given name, Mobile and Email address. Once the file has been updated you can import the file which will then create guest records against each room in the master reservation. If a guest already exists in your database it will use the existing record. This feature makes building out your area list easy! Help Centre Release Information |
