A new option exists on requirements that will apply the charge of the requirement to the reservations account at the time a reservation is made.

For this feature to work, the requirement would need to be setup against the area, guest, company, travel agent or group.

Note however, this if you use the rate option to create the rate on the reservation account on reservation creation this will automatically charge all requirements at the same time.
