Properties now have the ability to send an interactive form letter to the corporate portal from either a travel agent, a company or an individual reservation. The form letter will then be stored on the correspondence tab of the travel agent, a company or an individual reservation. 

Once a form is completed the property will be notified via email and the message centre.
